Please Read Before Registering

These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised experience for all players. By signing up, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the guidelines outlined for participation in the soccer clinic.

1. Registration & Booking
All players must be registered before attending the soccer clinic. A completed registration form and full or agreed payment is required to secure a spot.

2. Age Group
The clinic is designed for children within the specified age group. Parents/guardians must ensure the player meets the required age criteria.

3. Payments
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable unless the clinic is cancelled by the organisers.

4. Attendance
Players are expected to arrive on time for all sessions. Late arrivals may miss important warm-ups or instructions.

5. Medical Information & Consent
Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical information for the child, including any conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications. By registering, you confirm that your child is physically fit to participate in soccer activities.
In the event of an emergency, you give permission for basic first aid to be administered and, if necessary, for your child to receive medical treatment or be transported to a medical facility.

6. Injury & Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, participation is at the player’s own risk. The organisers, coaches, and staff are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage that may occur during the clinic.

7. Behaviour & Discipline
All players are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow players. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the clinic without a refund.

8. Clothing & Equipment
Players must wear appropriate sports clothing, soccer boots, and shin guards. Bringing water and any personal gear is the responsibility of the player.

9. Weather Conditions
Sessions may continue in light rain. In the case of extreme weather, sessions may be postponed or rescheduled at the organiser’s discretion.

10. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the clinic for promotional purposes. By registering, parents/guardians give permission for this use unless stated otherwise in writing.

11. Cancellations & Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, venue, or coaching staff if necessary. Any updates will be communicated in advance where possible.

12. Collection of Players
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring players are collected on time after each session. The organisers are not responsible for supervision outside of clinic hours.

13. Agreement
By registering for the soccer clinic, parents/guardians agree to these terms and conditions.
